In 2013 our “innovation team” created a winning recipe, combining the delicacy of the organic Pork filet with the pistachio, a characteristic ingredient from the Sicilian Lands. The result is not only delicious but also unique in scent and colour.
Thanks to this new recipe Valserio BIO won the award for the best innovation in the Milano Wolrd Food Exhibition.
